Policies
7 days before the shoot date & time: 100% refundBetween 7 days and 24 hours before the shoot date & time: 50% refundLess than 24 hours before the shoot date & time: no refundBooking is considered cancelled when the client messages the photographer in writing Shoot may be extended with mutual consent. The possibility of an extended shoot should be discussed beforehand. The hourly package rate will apply.Reshoots can be arranged at a cost of 50% of the hourly package rate. Photographer retains copyright over the Photographic Work and is able to use it for self-promotion. The client may make unlimited reproductions of the Photographic Work for family and friends both online and offline. Photoshoots will typically take place rain or shine. For outdoor shoots, an agreed alternate location may be planned in advance, but not guaranteed..Shoots will only be cancelled and a full refund given in the most extreme circumstances. If the shoot can be rescheduled there will be no additional fees for the customer. Travel coverage for Greater Victoria, Sooke, Port Renfrew, and the Cowichan Valley. Additional travel expense may be applicable for other locations – please inquire. Additional hours are charged at $200.00/hr. 50% deposit at the time of booking, 50% remainder due 7 days after the photoshoot. Payments may be made by credit card upon receiving an invoice.

This package suites the majority of small to medium size weddings. If you want all the important moments captured, but maybe don't care so much about the very very beginning or very very end... then this might be the right package for you! You probably want to spend most of your time with your family and friends, many of whom you might not have seen in a long time. I have a "get it done" approach. I know you want those formal group shots and some other must-haves, but you don't want to spend half the day taking them, right? You also want beautiful couple portraits, but you don't want to leave your guests waiting for hours while you go off to take pictures, correct? I've got the experience to help you (and your guests) pose quickly and naturally so we can usually get the must-haves done in about 20 minutes and you can get on with your day! If you are looking for a full day wedding package, it means you want to capture as many special moments as possible...which this package is perfect for. By the end of the day, I will have over 400 photos of your wedding day to send you later on. That's so many that you could spend another 12 hours just looking at all of them! My full day wedding package is for those people who don't want extremely edited and enhanced photos. What you want is the real deal. You want the pictures where you look like you so you can easily recall that memory. You want real images taken in an artistic, documentary style of before, during, and after the ceremony. Just because the wedding ceremony is over, doesn't mean the happiness and love stops. You want to be able to look at those photos --the laughs and smiles shared with family and friends-- just as much as the actual ceremony itself. That's why you want the full day package, and that is who it is for.

This 1-hour Couples/Engagement package is perfect for making some special memories with your partner. With this package, you will receive an online gallery with unlimited full-sized downloads with full print release (and I don't limit the number of photos you receive! I give everything I deem good). I am all about showing the real and fun moments, so even if you come into the shoot feeling a little nervous, I will have laughing as your partner piggy-backs you in no time! That's important to me because I want to show off your relationship through the photos I take so when you finally receive them, you will take a look and think, "Hey, that is how we really are like!".
