Policies
7 days before the shoot date & time: 100% refundBetween 7 days and 24 hours before the shoot date & time: 50% refundLess than 24 hours before the shoot date & time: no refundBooking is considered cancelled when the client messages the photographer in writing Shoot may be extended with mutual consent. The possibility of an extended shoot should be discussed beforehand. The hourly package rate will apply.Reshoots can be arranged at a cost of 50% of the hourly package rate. Photographer retains copyright over the Photographic Work and is able to use it for self-promotion. The client may make unlimited reproductions of the Photographic Work for family and friends both online and offline. Photoshoots will typically take place rain or shine. For outdoor shoots, an agreed alternate location may be planned in advance, but not guaranteed..Shoots will only be cancelled and a full refund given in the most extreme circumstances. If the shoot can be rescheduled there will be no additional fees for the customer. Travel coverage for Greater Victoria, Sooke, Port Renfrew, and the Cowichan Valley. Additional travel expense may be applicable for other locations – please inquire. Additional hours are charged at $200.00/hr. 50% deposit at the time of booking, 50% remainder due 7 days after the photoshoot. Payments may be made by credit card upon receiving an invoice.

This package suites the majority weddings if you want the whole event captured.It includes a beautiful hand-made 8x8 wedding album in a wooden box.You probably want to spend most of your time with your family and friends, many of whom you might not have seen in a long time. I have a "get it done" approach. I know you want those formal group shots and some other must-haves, but you don't want to spend half the day taking them, right? I've got the experience to help you (and your guests) pose quickly and naturally so we can usually get the must-haves done in about 20 minutes.You also want beautiful couple portraits, and since you've got a photographer for 8 hours, you probably want to dedicate a fair amount of time to them. We can plan and time during your day to sneak away for 30 minutes or an hour and get those shots you've always dreamed of. We might even be able to arrange it just before sunset, but if we can't that's ok with you too, because what's most important to you is capturing the feelings and the joy of the event, after all you're getting MARRIED!! With this package, you will receive an online gallery with unlimited full-sized downloads with full print release (and I don't limit the number of photos you receive! I give everything I deem good). I am all about showing the real and fun moments, so even if you come into the shoot feeling a little nervous, I will have laughing as your partner piggy-backs you in no time! That's important to me because I want to show off your relationship through the photos I take so when you finally receive them, you will take a look and think, "Hey, that is how we really are like!".

In this 2-hour Elopement/Micro Wedding package, you will receive an online gallery of colour and black & white photos with unlimited full-sized downloads with full print release (and I don't limit the number of photos you receive! I give everything I deem good), a custom slide show, and $125 of print credit. This package is for those who don't want the whole big wedding that drags on for hours. You know the little moments are what matters and you want that reflected in your photos. These 2 hours still offer a lot of picture-taking time however, so if you are worried about not getting enough, don't be! You will have enough to fill an entire scrapbook if not two!
