Being pregnant is such an exciting time! Whether it's your first or your second or third, each little kick or movement is a reminder of the sweet baby about to be welcomed into your family! The journey into motherhood is something to be celebrated. All the incredible ways your body changes and grows. Capturing that beautiful glowing belly, and all the amazing curves is a powerful way to always remember that time when your baby was inside. Showing the connection between you and your partner, or the excitement on a big sibling to be's face, it's a time worth documenting. If you are booking a maternity session with a newborn session, there is a discounted rate for the maternity session. ( $250)

I'm interested in photos, but I am so uncomfortable and don't feel overly “pretty”, is it worth doing? YES. Motherhood is such an incredible journey, and even if you aren't feeling like being in front of the camera, I promise to show you how beautiful you and your growing belly are. I have a lot of moms truly enjoy the experience because they have barely done their hair or makeup in their 3rd trimester, and it gives an opportunity to FEEL beautiful.; When is the best time to do maternity photos? The best time is between 32-36 weeks along. It really depends on how much of a belly you'd like in your images, but sometimes past 36 weeks it gets harder to move around and feel comfortable.; Can my partner and other children be in photos too? I love including your partner or older siblings in the photos! Those connections are so special, and we will be sure to show that.; What should I wear? We can have a consultation about wardrobe upon booking, but a variety of outfits can work great for maternity sessions! I have a small selection of flowy gowns available and can suggest some local rentals for other specific styles of dresses. If you don't feel like wearing a dress I can happily suggest some ideas.

The possibility of an extended shoot should be discussed beforehand. The hourly package rate will apply.Reshoots can be arranged at a cost of 50% of the hourly package rate. Photographer retains copyright over the Photographic Work and is able to use it for self-promotion. The client may make unlimited reproductions of the Photographic Work for family and friends both online and offline. Photoshoots will typically take place rain or shine. For outdoor shoots, an agreed alternate location may be planned in advance.Shoots will only be cancelled and a full refund given in the most extreme circumstances. If the shoot can be rescheduled there will be no additional fees for the customer. Payment in full at the time of booking. Payments may be made by credit card upon receiving an invoice.

I also have a great collection of props, bonnets, and headbands to style your session with, a mix of beautiful rustic props, and soft textures to showcase your baby.There is never a session that I am not in awe in the miracle of new life. The newborn stage changes oh so quickly, and can be gone before you know it.. in a matter of days. Let me capture that tiny face of your newest family member, just as they are, brand new.
