The gummy little smiles and chubby fingers and toes, and their sweetsmiles that light up their face. I love capturing these precious months as we know babies grow quick.I have a studio full of beautiful props to style the session, keeping things simple and timeless to showcase your baby and their personality. I have a selection of outfits and accessories that fit 6-12 month and some beyond that.

A mix of candid and posed that show connection! the Family Mini Session (20 min) is great for those with younger ones who may not be up for a longer session, or those only wanting a few images (15+ images) the Family Full Session (45-60 min) is ideal as it gives a longer time for children to warm up if they may be shy/uncertain, as well as provides for a greater diversity in background settings on location, and for creating beautiful albums (40+ images)

I'm happy to suggest some great locations depending on the setting you'd like (field, beach, forest, mountain etc.) and I am available within the greater Victoria area. If you'd like an adventure session please inquire, these can be like a mini day trip where I photograph your family exploring, or enjoying an activity with a beautiful variety of candids and some posed. An example: visiting Avatar Grove or Botanical Beach, a local hike, surfing in Tofino, etc.

I'd meet your family at your set destination and "tag along" to grab some beautiful candids ofyour family as well as some posed moments on the journey. Love love love capturing gorgeous portraits of our beautiful pets.I offer in studio portraits, great for kittens or other small animals. Well behaved dogs are definitely welcome as well.For the dogs though, I love capturing them having fun out in nature. I am happy to meet at one of our many beautiful off leash beaches or dog parks, or alternatively join on a small hike.Humans are welcome to step in for some pictures together too for all outdoor sessions!
What do we wear? I am happy to help discuss your vision and lend some advice for wardrobe. If you have a colour in mind, or style, or maybe even have one item of clothing you know you‘d like someone to wear.. I can help you piece together a cohesive and pleasing overall look for your family!; What if my child is really shy? I am not sure they will cooperate. We will make the session fun! Usually the case is a shy little one to start, and by the end I‘ve got a new small friend giving me high fives. If it gets too overwhelming, it‘s no problem to take a break from shooting too. With years of working with children during sessions, I‘ve got quite a few tricks up my sleeve.; What if the weather is awful when it‘s our planned session time? Sometimes we just can‘t work around that, and so it‘s no problem to reschedule if we have a lot of rain or extreme wind.
