ooh ooh darling's Family Full Session (45 min)

A family session is all about connection. Those genuine candid smiles and laughs. Not your typical stand beside each other stiff and smile, those pictures show what a person look like. My goal is to create images that make you feel! That when you look at them years down the road you smile because you are taken back to that moment when your children were just little, and you remember the sound of their laugh or the way they looked at you. These sessions are fun and relaxed. I'm happy to suggest some great locations depending on the setting you'd like (field, beach, forest, mountain etc.) and I am available within the greater Victoria area. If you'd like an adventure session please inquire, these can be like a mini day trip where I photograph your family exploring, or enjoying an activity with a beautiful variety of candids and some posed. An example: visiting Avatar Grove or Botanical Beach, a local hike, surfing in Tofino, etc.

What if the weather is awful when it’s our planned session time? Sometimes we just can’t work around that, and so it’s no problem to reschedule if we have a lot of rain or extreme wind.; What do we wear? I am happy to help discuss your vision and lend some advice for wardrobe. If you have a colour in mind, or style, or maybe even have one item of clothing you know you’d like someone to wear.. I can help you piece together a cohesive and pleasing overall look for your family!; What if my child is really shy? I am not sure they will cooperate. We will make the session fun! Usually the case is a shy little one to start, and by the end I’ve got a new small friend giving me high fives. If it gets too overwhelming, it’s no problem to take a break from shooting too. With years of working with children during sessions, I’ve got quite a few tricks up my sleeve.

7 days before the shoot date & time: 100% refundBetween 7 days and 24 hours before the shoot date & time: 50% refundLess than 24 hours before the shoot date & time: no refundBooking is considered cancelled when the client messages the photographer in writing Shoot may be extended with mutual consent. The possibility of an extended shoot should be discussed beforehand. The hourly package rate will apply.Reshoots can be arranged at a cost of 50% of the hourly package rate. Photographer retains copyright over the Photographic Work and is able to use it for self-promotion. The client may make unlimited reproductions of the Photographic Work for family and friends both online and offline. Photoshoots will be rescheduled if necessary. For outdoor shoots, an agreed alternate location may be planned in advance.Shoots will only be cancelled and a full refund given in the most extreme circumstances. If the shoot can be rescheduled there will be no additional fees for the customer. 50% deposit at the time of booking, 50% remainder due 3 days after the photoshoot. Payments may be made by credit card upon receiving an invoice.
