Raluca and Billy created Starfish Photography four years ago. We focus on shooting in the great outdoors, using natural light, and are always looking for creative ways to capture people and relationships. Where possible, we like to employ a documentary style of photography that captures authenticity. We work together on most shoots, allowing us to capture important moments from different angles and to have a dedicated director to assist those less comfortable in front of the camera. We are generous with our time and are committed to ensuring we provide you with lasting memories.
Our elopement package is for those who want their wedding day to be memorable and intimate. We prefer a documentary style of photography but we are always happy to assist with posing and providing creative ideas. Our focus is on making you comfortable while capturing authentic images that your will treasure for a lifetime. If you are planning a remote location for your elopement, count us in. Why not offer more photos? We are big believes in 'quality over quantity'. By keeping the number of photos down to a manageable number, we can keep our costs down and pass those savings on to you. Additional photos can always be added a-la-carte when you choose your photos for an extra $10 per photo. This means that you'll only have to pay for those extra photos that you absolutely must have.; Why does the client get to choose photos for editing? We find that the client knows what they like best. We can make a guess and we can certainly choose our favourites but we won't know which poses, facial expressions and angles you will prefer. Only you know how you look best and therefore which photos are the ones that will stand the test of time.
